Making the decision to live a healthier lifestyle is followed by everyday choices that we make. That includes replacing bad habits with healthy ones. While this may seem difficult at first, it will become second nature as you stick to it. Most people already know the basics when it comes to eating healthy: eat plenty of fruits and veggies, avoid eating too many saturated fats, drink plenty of water etc. This also includes exercise. The challenge comes with being consistent with these goals. It is always good to have an accountability partner to walk with you on your journey toward becoming healthy. That is where I come in. As a fitness coach, my job is to point you in the right direction and to give you the tools you need in order to reach your fitness goals. Nothing is impossible! It is only impossible if you don’t decide to make a change.
